I'm looking for someone to help build an app for a new P2P Service based application for mobiles and a normal website.

The app/program needs to be similar to this, i.e. giving customer being able to post their needs, as I am now, and having 'Premium' members i.e. those pitching their services, to be able to message customers. The service needs a free option that gives basic functions, in a way to incentive them subscribing to the premium option.

The app will need to be coded in a way that people can search for what they require based on geographical proximity and budget - i.e. 0-10 miles away with a budget of £15 per hour.

The app will need to have an internal messenger service, but this doesn't need to be anything fancy, something similar to the messaging service on linkedin and facebook will suffice. Email notifications will need to be implemented when someone is messaged also.
