I'd like to create a series of simple Android live wallpapers.

The wallpapers will be a tranquil image. Example: [login to view URL]

Some elements of the image will loop, like the character and the cat breathing.

Some elements will randomly change, like the stars flickering, the mushrooms glowing, and the gems shimmering.

As it is a series, there will need to be some extra code to allow each wallpaper to have different images, loops, and random areas.
