I need an android app written to capture video, record audio , and take pictures. Audio and video will be saved to the SD card and pictures will be uploaded to the cloud. The oldest data files on the SD card will be erased to make room for current(newest) recordings, recordings will be two hours in duration. The app will force the android device into the greatest power saving mode including air plane mode except to send occasional pictures to the cloud using mobile data. The app will always be running by force. Video will record at 1 FPS monochrome at maximum resolution and audio will record 1 channel at medium bitrate. Pictures intended to be uploaded to the cloud will be high resolution(not maximum) monochrome. Target devices will be ICS minimum or lower if possible(flexible requirement).
