I have a customer who would like to order ios and Android Mobile App for his Tow Truck company. He expects users to be able use user App to request for Tow truck. User needs to be able to track the status of their request. Also the App needs to give users option to pay on the App for the Tow service.I am interested the developer to be involved in long term maintenance of the App with some agreed support term and support price. The app should be similar to Rapitow.
Additional notes:
User App :
1. Google api integration for autocomplete
2. Plotting of places to google map with distance and minute’s calculation.
3. One step and easy Tow truck requesting process.
4. Integration with Paypal and Stripe Payment gateway.
6. Support different rates for busy hour vs not busy hour, and space for unknown rate.
7. Option to select different type of services such as dead battery, flat tire, accident …
9. Display all vehicles that user register in his account, so that user can select the car that he needs to be towed.
11. Enable Auto refresh to see status of the request.. e.g request accepted, tow truck on the way, arrival ETA..etc ...
Tow Truck Driver App :
1. Registration form with all required field capture.
2. Option to set status available and unavailable
3. Display all jobs history such as completed, pending, cancelled …
4. Auto assigning of Tow truck Driver for tow truck request on the basis of availability, service type and nearest available
5. Support Push messages to Tow truck driver if app is in background.
6. Calculating price on the basis of Miles + other possible factors (TBD)
Features in CMS (Web based Admin)
1. Clean and Easy to understand Dashboard which display all relevant statistics along
with timelines for recent activities .
2. View all Tow Truck Driver’s .
3. View all Usre’s .
4. Assign Job to Tow Truck Driver from CMS.
5. View Flagged Tow Truck Driver and Option to block them.
6. View Flagged User and Option to block users.
7. Option to view all users.
8. Option to Set Tow services types .
9. Set Prices different days and times.
10. Set Currencies
1. Once developing the App is completes, help to configure and upload the app on App store and google play.
2. One year full support of the App and after one year available for support with new support contract.
3. Open for future update or new feature request work.
