We have an existing website with Moodle 2.9 and would like to upgrade to the latest version. We would like a quick tutorial on any new features and how to use them. One important feature is that the Groups need to be properly set up so people in the Teacher role get the auto-notification test emails for only their Students, whereas Admin receives all notifications. This should be a $200 bid max.
