8172 find and replace data

I have recently changed traffic trading scripts, and i need a db programmer to find/replace sections of url's to galleries in my mysql database, and replace that section of the url with the new trade script prefix. eg. the trade script prefixes of each gallery need to be replaced with the approapriate prefix of the new script, and using the new partner id in the new script. There is approx 5000 url's in my db, each linking to galleries owned by any of 30 different parnter sites. Each partner site has a different identification number in the traffic trade script. Maybe the way to do this is to dump the database onto a text document, and then use find/replace command. I don't know. The successful candidate must be confident that they can do this task, and advise me the best way for them to do it. Warning, the url's involved are related to adult content.
