I am in search of an experienced and creative pet food formulator to develop a line of dog and cat food prioritizing pet health.

Key Requirements:

- They must be grain-free and allergen-free, catering to pets with specific dietary needs.

- Expertise in canine and feline nutrition, along with a solid grasp of technical aspects of pet food development, is essential.

- Attached are initial thoughts on formulation.

- Foods are primarily composed of fish, beef, and chicken.

- Guidance is needed on recipe improvement and potential adjustments to the ingredients for completeness.

- Creation of nutrition fact labels/lists is required.
