I already have an existing website. I just need the following customisations:

1. Add an “Upload date, Listing expiry date” for each listing.

2. The “expiry date” will be used in the backend which is set to 30 days from listing/upload date. A reminder email will be automatically sent to the registered user’s email requiring to “extend listing”, “restore listing” or “remove listing” - I can send sample email templates

3. Adding a column on the right side for "Questions & Answers” about the listing (similar to ebay’s Q&A showing other people's public discussions)

4. Configure the “Related Property” section under property listing page template. Mine doesn’t show anything.

5. Create the ability to export and import data listing info on my site (to make maintenance easier).
