custom card game database integration into vBulletin

Hi!

I am publishing the formerly collectible card game Warlord: Saga of the Storm. For this game I developed a card database and deckbuilder, [Link with Contact Details Removed by Admin] (Ultimate Warlord Online Deck Builder ;-)).

At the same time I am using vBulletin as a multi-lingual platform for the cardplayers community[Link with Contact Details Removed by Admin].

Now I would like to

a) update UWODB (interface, usability, speed, security, AJAX where necessary) to reflect modern Internet usage "rules", and

b) integrate UWODB into the vBulletin site (possibly updating vBulletin), so that a user of the correct user group in vBulletin automatically has access to UWODB.

There is currently no fixed budget set for this, but I know that this is not necessarily a 2-hour job. If you are a former card player and enthusiastic about games, know PHP, MySQL, and AJAX, that's certainly a plus.
