137780 easy .htm to .php

I have a newer version of this software:

On the thank you page that my customers are sent to,

I need to have the sale registered threw muvar. This is done threw the [url removed, login to view] that came with the program which I don't use yet

Currently, I send the customers to a regular very basic .htm file. So, I need someone to take MY current .htm file and

a)make it into a .php page &

b)add the thank you page code that came with the muvar software.

For PHP expert, this is a piece of cake.
