Browse the web, download video files and upload them to another video hosting website (repost)

This is a simple project that anyone with a web browser can do. We are looking for people to upload video files to a video sharing website. The process is simple: Browse the web and collect free viral video files on a variety of subjects and upload them to the video website through an online form. Once we accept your bid you will signup for an account on the site and we will upgrade it to a PRO account for free ($50 value).

Videos must not be copyrighted, you must have rights from owner to post them.

No illegal acts, No pornography allowed

Videos must be under 60mb files

Video content should be anything viral, funny, popular, extreme, current events, high profile news, your own, etc.

Requirements:

Video content must be entertaining. No boring or lame videos allowed. We will only pay for good videos.

You must write an accurate title, short description, and add keywords that describe each video for all video files to get paid.

You must be willing to sign a NDA agreement as well.

We will pay $0.10 per video uploaded with no maximum on the amount you can earn. This project is to upload 300 videos for $30. All videos uploaded over 300 will be paid at the same rate through a RAC bonus.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
