Looking for asp.net coders/designers

We are looking for talented motivated new entrepreneurial designers and asp.net coders. We are going to be developing a multiple of sites for our network. Looking for people who strictly like to do it for fun and as a hobby. We are a chill group and are always looking for new thinking outside of the box people. We are open minded and accept everyones input.

Some of our current sites we are working on.

[[url removed, login to view]][4] our networks name still under construction will be used to communicate between projects and to get work once our sites are setup.

Note: If our sites do well you will make plenty $$ that is our/your motivation, because each team member plays a vital role in our networks success. We do not pay by hour or pay right up front. We feel to many people just shove non quality work and want better pay then what they have handed over. Our network is all about keeping the flow of our userbase. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
