Read a Usenet Group on a web page

This project involves retrieving usenet postings via NNTP and displaying them on a website. For an example of EXACTLY what I'm looking for, please visit: [login to view URL] All topics must be threaded so that when you click on a single topic it will displays all of the messages for that topic. It must also show the total number of replies and the last posting date. It must update articles on a regular basis (an interval that we can specify and change) and store them locally (XML or DB). We must also be able to specify the usenet group and have the ability to have multiple usenet groups. The user should be able reply to any of the messages or start a new thread. We would also like the ability to append a text message to the end of any user submitted message. For example, if someone replies to a message it will append the text "This message sent via..." to the message posted to the usenet. This will be running on a Windows 2000 server with IIS. The application should be in ASP or ASP.net (classic ASP prefered). We will NOT consider bids to write in in PHP, Perl, etc. In your bid, please indicate whether any third party tools/components will be necessary. We do have a license for AspNNTP if that helps.
