Build an app

I'm looking for someone to build an ios/andriod app. Below I've attached some mock ups of how I want each screen of the app to look like.

1) Mock up #1 shows how I was the icon on the device to look

2) Mock up #2 general layout of the main part of the app

Basically the idea of the app is track everything the user does on his/her device. Similar to a time management app, but instead this app informs you.
