Calender Booking software(repost)

We have a PHP online booking system. We want to convert it to a Desktop Application real time booking software (.Net or higher langauge only, no visual basic).

You can see my attachment on how my current online booking system works. Also some of the requirements of the new software.

This software will be designed to work with XML. Our Server side application will generate XML's everytime there is a changes or whenever the software have a question.

I will show an example:

User logins, software check <http://url/[url removed, login to view]> if is allowed,

Software checks <http://url/[url removed, login to view]> to display the dialy calender,

Whenever there is a book/drag&drop/edit, we will first post a http post/get to <http://url/[url removed, login to view]> , the server side will update [url removed, login to view] to show that box is currently blocked by user (showing outlet name and username).

The reason i am breaking out everything in XML format is because i want the server side to do the thinking instead of the software. Also making sure if the xml version is the same (like [url removed, login to view]), the software does not need to re-pull everything.

The software GUI/animation (this will buy more time for pulling/comparing the xml and display) and stablity is very important.

I need good animation on each part, maybe like when mouse over or clicked on it, it will use nice animation and popup a small window to show more details. Very interactive animation.

Please bid with a summary on what you understand and how you will project this software. Showing examples of related work also helps. Do not just post portfiolo or i can do it.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
