Database and C++ statistical calculations

My problem is I have large excel files that contain just numbers. Tables are up to 1,000,000 rows and 10 columns. I need a better solution then keeping it in excel files. I need someone to create a database (maybe using MySQL) where I could store the data. I export the data from some other application to excel in fragments of approx. 30,000 rows and then I would like to put them into that database.

After the database is created I would like to perform some basic statistical calculations on that data (variation, correlation, etc). This part I would like to have in C++
