Java Class Question

What I need is a small code to perform this: I have a Java class code that contains only a global string variable, a function to return that variable (which be called from Javascript), and the main() function. What I need is the code, in Visual Basic or Visual C++ (preferably Visual Basic) to create that Java class on the fly, without any external program or library, so if a have string inputted by the user I want the code that will make the Java class compiled code with the string inputted by the user in it, so it can be retrieved by a Javascript in an HTML page. Please see the attachment so you can get a more clear view of what I am talking about, I am not a Java programmer, I only know the basics, so please help me, I also cannot give a lot of budget, but appart from the budget, the winning bidder will get a package of software for web developent as an extra bonus. My requirements are only these: -The Java class created must be compatible with data exchange between it and Javascript, so I can retrieve it for example using [url removed, login to view]() -No Java compiler or external programs will be used, but if the program is small and easy to use I accept it. Thanks.
