I am planning a massive effort to translate Russian newspapers into English, on the order of 200000 words per day. I will be using automatic translation on the Russian text, and I need to find many very low cost English speaking editors to convert the raw output into decent readable English. No knowledge of Russian is required, the final correcting deep mistakes in automatic translation, proofing, and polishing will be done by Russian translators. A few minor grammar errors are ok too, if quality is decent overall. I am looking for somebody who will be able to recruit a large number of editors cheaply, perhaps in your local high school in India, and manage their work. For this project, I will give you some 40000 or 100000 words to edit as a test of your managerial skills and pay for it through Rentacoder. The low maximum bid I have set reflects the fact that you should recruit editors at very small wages if you are succeed in processing huge quantities of text for me at a reasonable price and still keep enough money for your own salary. If you find the people and get the job done quickly and well, I will establish a permanent working relationship with you and give your network massive quantities of work every day, those 200000 words per day or more. And I will also find other things for you to do later on, at much higher pay, after you make this project a smashing success.
