I need a simple contact manager systeam, were I can send, read, replay and delete mensages ( I need 4 user levels = 1. Admin can do all, 2. manager can do all but cant add users or delete mensages 3. Staff can read and replay only 4. User can send mensage, upload file | only jpg, pdf, doc | see replay for hes mensages.
1. Admin can Add users, set level, delete users, send, read,delete, replay, compose a new menasage to 1 or to all users at once
2. Manager can Add users (3 and 4 only) , delete users (3 and 4 only), send, read, replay, compose a new menasage to 1 or to all users at once
3. Staff can read, replay
4. User can send mensage, upload file | only jpg, pdf, doc | see replay for hes mensages.
I need a contact form with ( Name. Last name, Email, Mensage ) any one can use dont need to be loged in but can see the reply only by eamil But is user is register and loged in the user can see the mensage from the and replay from the site as well.
I need a form for feeds were user can send hes opnion about the site ( register user only ) the field are leave your opnion about us ( all register user can see it after admin or manager aprove it ) the resount will show username and user icon

If user are loged in no need for huma verification at the forms, also pick pre set information from user to fild the forms once the user is loged in.
I need all that at a DB, I need a Install file so I can upload to my server and do the same for the DB and install it.
