I am looking to get a web site that has already been designed produced into HTML, with a small amount of interactivity.

We have designed four pages, the coder should follow this design to create the template and flow in all copy which will be provided in a word document, some images may need cutting up to size to fit new pages, but essentially all design has been completed.
The majority of the pages are static and therefore we would like to be able to update these in house if there are minor copy changes, so the code should be compatible with Dreamweaver.
We have produced a small content management system for the latest news this just needs coding, preferably in .NET
The site needs to go live ASAP

1) Deliver a fully functional web site that we can later update in house using dreamweaver for the static pages
2) Insert meta tags
3) Ensure it works across all broswers including firefox, explorer and MAC platforms
4) You should provide a preview of the site before it goes live to allow for authors amends and minor changes
4) Ensure site is fully tested and functional before uploading the site to the server using FTP details provided
## Platform
Windows 2003 server, interactive parts of the site, the latest news section should be done in ASP or .NET
