Questionaire ASP script need done

I like to do this for my website. It is kinda like a FAQ and Survey add up, but not really, cause I would ask my visitor what they want then give out bunch of options, (possibly radio button) they will choose one, we will keep that and moving toward what ever they choose, a list of new option show up and keep going till the final answer.

I have few pre define questions and answers. So if I ask customer one thing, it will show list of answer to choose, the one that customer pick now will turn to a subject to add more details to the search

Ok something like this

Question 1

have 3 answer A,B,C

If the user choose A it will lead them to 5 other answers E,F,G,H,L

If the user choose B it will lead them to different situation

Need to be written in ASP and using Access DB. No need administration interface for now, as long as data is in the database and front end works.

Need to get this done in no more than a week.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
