I need an exact clone of [url removed, login to view] with all the programing in php, flash and ajax. there is alot of stuff in here so please make sure you look it all over.

1. youtube type system
2. myspace tytle sustem
3. live video chat
4. ability for contests
5. polls
6. photo uploading
7. must be able to take any video type and convert it to playable on the site
8. there is alot more but you will have to look it all over. there are some flash aspects intergrated into the site also.
