We're looking to build a decently simple Flash or PHP image genration app in which:

- User uploads a photo (check the size, etc.)

- Specifies up to 3 "spots" on the photo. (ie. click your nose)

- When they 'generate' the image we will then place a few other graphics on top of it - based on the clicks.

Ideally, we would then provide embed code for the image so they could share it out on myspace, etc.

I have a lot of experience in PHP image generation, but no time to do it. Also, if Flash makes more sense and can still be shared (without significant resource issues on our server) then, that's fine, too.
