ERP (TinyERP or similar with French GUI)

- Procurement/Rfx management

We want the project to be completed under one month.

Project will be awarded to a company that can demonstrate proven expertise in the mix of coompetencies that are required and that can provide a comprehensive end-to-end solution based on proven tools (nopt from scratch)

Given lack of ethics of many bidders, No money deposit will be done before actual SRS document has been elaborated and references have been supplied.
