Hello i am looking for a cheap and guru web design to work with me doing personal and clients project you must do designer, developer and high knowledge of photoshop work also i need somebody who can work fast and understand my requirements

I have some personal projects to do and future cients projects but the selected candidate must start to work with no advantage mileston and he will receive payment after 1 month of finished work must provide all the designed files i know this could souns little unusual or scammy but i am honest employer and i want the same please don't bid if you can work under these terms don't wait your time and my time thanks
