Website Migration to Wordpress and SEO maintenance

I have a website with good traffic and good SEO value that needs to be updated and upgraded to a cms site.
The old website is:

The current sandbox & wordpress starting template to use is:

We need to migrate all the pages and preserve the webaddresses (potentially setting up forwarding pages to the new correct pages.)
These are the most important items:
1. The site cannot lose any seo value
2. The site must be cleaner and more visually stimulating (absolutely no flash animation, etc)
3. The site must be easier to navigate & include custom search options for products and distributors (a list can be provided).
4. The site should have a method for submitting custom tool design requests based on 5-10 fields.
This work can turn into many additional projects. We will need to build informational webpages for all of our products eventually and multiple, multi-channel ecommerce sites.

I am looking or a LONG TERM partner on this. I have had good results and bad results with designers from this site, most importantly is me finding a person I can rely on. I constantly have work I am giving designers on a weekly / monthly basis.
I would be interested in the future of hiring someone full time if there is a good result from these projects.
