Convert jQuery Plugin to Wordpress Plugin

I have an existing jQuery script that I have created. I want to offer it as a Wordpress plugin.

The current jQuery plugin offers easy onscroll animations to a website.

For the Wordpress version I would like to have a shortcode button on the toolbar for adding an onscroll animation when a user is creating a page or post.

When the user clicks the button it will popup a screen and allow the user to select the desired properties for the animation similar to the animation generator in the current jQuery plugin. See [url removed, login to view]

When the user selects the options and hits a button "Add Animation", the shortcode will be entered into the website.

Example:

[shortcode for the animation] Please enter the content you wish to have animated here [/end shortcode for the animation]

Something like this.

If you have a better idea for me on how to implement this as a Wordpress plugin please let me know.

I would like to get this finished as soon as possible so I will be selecting a candidate quickly.

Please see the attached for the current jQuery plugin.

Also the programming must be clean and commented.
