10 PR3-4 Links for 25 Sites Per Month

I am looking for companies with great ratings to assist with our link building campaign. I want 10 reciprocal links to my 25 sites each month for six months. We don't want the same domains linking to our different sites within the same related industry and still pay $5.5 each for [login to view URL] will pay $5.5 for each link (30% pr 3 & 70% pr4) for our first site on medical coding. If the same link partner wishes to link to our website on medical billing, we'll be willing to pay $1 for this second link. However, we'll be willing to pay 5.5 for each link (30% pr 3 & 70% pr4) for our second site on medical billing if the link partners you found for us are new and do not link to our site on medical coding. We do not want to wish to pay 5.5 for a link you got for medical coding and then subsequently do a follow-up email requesting a link for medical billing as well. This condition will apply for all sites we are link building for. Please note that if the 10 links for that site for that month is not done, the undone links would be done free of charge. I am running on a very tight schedule. Note that the following criteria would have to be fulfilled in order for the link to be qualified: a) 30%(PR 3) 70% PR4, no exceptions b) the page where my link is placed has no more than 30 outgoing links c) has to be a related page ( wineries, wine education etc) d) No affiliate only sites, no FFA , sites banned by Google and other major search engines. The links would also have to remain on the page for at least one year. e) Anchor text and description will be given when the bid is awarded f) Competition sites are allowed. g) Current link partners/Sites that already link to us are excluded from being a new link partner. I reserve the right to refuse a link even if it does meet the above conditions. Note that link farms, directories , offensive sites(pornography) are strictly excluded from our link partners. This will be a long term project
## Deliverables
Approximate start date of the project after selecting a bid Within 2-3 days Deliverables: 1) 10 working PR3-4+ links that are indexed by Google recorded in a csv file that is provided with this bid. 2) Agree to replace any links that drop off within 90 days. 3) Payment will be sent upon verification of spread sheet listed links. 4) Required filled out fields in the results spread sheet are URL, Link text, Link Back URL. Coders contact email address is to be also included in Notes field. Links that will not meet the above will not be payed for. All links will be approved by me, prior to payment. I will pay a fixed rate per approved link. I reserve the right to refuse a link even if it does meet the above. It is usually best to put the link on our page first then request a link from them. You are going to have to keep track of which links will need to be deleted at the end of the contract. I expect at least weekly csv file updates during the contract. Only one link should come from each unique domain name / IP address
