SEO: Promoting my WebSite and Cross Link Program(repost)

Hi,

I have a website that I need to show up in the top 10 for search engines. I want someone to run queries like

link:[login to view URL] and then submit my website to those same companies that are linking or promoting my competitiors. By End of April I need at least 2000 links pointing back to my website.

I will provide you an email account with domain account do that you can manage all the communication with the websites that will link back to us. You will also be responsible for sensibly choosing site. I dont you to exchange links with link farms or any site that does not fall in the same product domain as mine.

1. Each Cross link page rank will be atleast 3.

2. 95% of the links should Average or above and 5% should be high page rank sites.

3. Absolutely No Illegal Means should be used. for eg spamming, linking to link farms, directories, pornographic sites etc...

4. I will provide you with the list of sites that compete with my products as well as an email account on our site.

5. No Advance payment will be made. Full payment to be made at the completition of the project.

6. You will be responsible for going to my site and entering the webiste link information. once I approve the link using my admin page, the link will then show up in the links directory on the site.

NOTE: I need to see detailed report of what was done on a weekly basis.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
