gripsell daily deals script, mysql, php , server optimization - repost

Hello we need someone that is expert in order to fixed some issue with our website load time.

We need someone that can understand 100% about our existing server configuration (vps from hostgator) and well know about php programming and configuration , mysql and apache configuration in order to find what is happening with our script and is too slow even from admin panel and frontpage.

Server o/s is parallels.

Please note that we want to test the website time frontend and backend using [login to view URL] at the begging and at the end when you finished.

This project should be consider as finished and completed when the load time goes to 4-5 sec for frontpage www.skroutz.com.cy.

After finishing we are testing the load time for 2 days in several times a day and if its stable at 4-5 sec the project consider as done.

Another small task in this project to decode some main php files that is encoded with ΙΟΝ Loader. We will told you the files later.

Please bid only if your 100% confident to complete this project, and that everything will goes right without any downtime or site offline.

For your information please note when the site speed is too slow the CPU Load Average is too high 99% and 100%!
I check this from Server o/s Parallels admin panel under Management > Resources.
