But with some differences:
It will be an International Traffic Exchange Surfing/ Advertisement Portal site with an optional Paid Email/ credit "click" email integrated.
It will have 4 membership levels (4 separate surfer sites in one portal).
Members can choose which or how many levels Surfer sites
they want to buy.
They can choose 1 or up to 4.
The first surf site or main site is free... After joining users have to pay a fee for each additional surf site.
Users will have the option of purchasing each site individually or choosing the site(s) of their selection in packages.
By placing their page to one surf page it will automatically display their pages to all other surf sites purchased
If 4 surf site are purchased it means worldwide exposure.
Each site has to translate the member's or user's page language to the user's selection.
4 membership levels options:
1 Anglo/English (USA/Canada/UK/Australia)
2 Europe (French/German/Portuguese/Italian)
3 Asia India/Asia China/Asia Rusia
4 Hispanic/Spain/Brazil/Latin America (Spanish/Portuguese)
All 4 sites main language will be English because it is a universal language.

The Paid solo Email/ credit for "clicks" Is an additional service to be sold separately. The user selects to which group (Surf site user's list) or groups
to send his message to. In other the user can send to one surf site list or to multiple surf site lists... Up to four surf site lists. The price increases with each surf site lists added.
