Auctions Site Like GetFreelancer

We need a site like getafreelancer.com. with a nice look like http://www.freelancertown.com.

We need a full admin backend and security is important site wide.

Users can add their photos and address etc.

Installing additional languages should be easy like in oscommrce languages folder.

Escrow payment should also be available.

The site should be neatly done with no errors whatsoever.
