Implementing Click to Call functionality on a Website Using Flash

What I want to do is, is to be able to connect visitors to my website to my telephone using their browsers. I want to use flash, not java to do this. I want them to be able to speak through the microphone on their computers and talk to me on a telephone. However, I do not want to use the following microphone permission dialogue:

instead i want to use this one

I am happy to use any software that is available or any 3rd party provider
to do this.. Whatever works to accomplish the goal. So long as it
uses the second dialogue.
