Wordpress Site Needs Changes

A CSS/xhtml and WordPress expert is needed to:
- Implement a new WordPress template (using CSS) that I have created in Photoshop along with some WordPress Plug-ins.
- Integrate bbPress (forum). I have found a bbPress template that should make this easy (although the template should require a little bit of changing involving the positioning and css). The template can be found here: [url removed, login to view]
- Install the php and backend features for the Website Snapshot tool located at [url removed, login to view] (or if you know of another [better] script to use, that would be ok too)
- Insert [url removed, login to view] in some places throughout the site.
- Build a javascript “Shelf” using Moo.fx. ([url removed, login to view])
- Use “mooShow” for previous and next post (mooShow is located here: [url removed, login to view])
- For search, install “better than live search” ([url removed, login to view])
- Make a few adjustments to the .psd file
- Works in ALL Browsers (especially IE and Safari)
- Do not use any preload images
- Be able to organize the backend html with comments
- Make sure the end result is css/xhtml valid
I have a list of just about all of the plug-ins that will be needed within the site, they are:
- Latest Comments plug-in
- Drop Search Everything
- Favatar
- Follow up comments via e-mail
- Previous Post & Next Post plug-in
You will also need to be familiar with javascript and ajax, but not really an expert because I have pretty much found tutorials on other blogs for what I need done with both.
