Therapist directories + PageRank build plan

A good modern clean design for a simple directory template for UK (or Worldwide) therapists.

This will be a paid directory integrated with PayPal. Right now the idea is that there is just one rate. However we may open up to have free listings (just in one category) for a while. Or charge more for additional listings. Also the possibility to charge for premium listings.

Very SEO friendly it will allow for multiple SEO friendly listings of therapists (e.g. by name, by state, by speciality, by treatment type). Essentially tags can be attributed to the profiles and then a category listing page for that tag is generated that is very SEO friendly.

There will be a main navigation off the front page (a sort of primary architecture for the site) but multiple ways of browsing the directory are easily available too.

Ideally therapists could have a different anchor text link for each category/attribute. Deep linking also possible.

Also a detail page for each therapist. Integrating photos and ideally an audio or video sample.

Good search features. Please let me know if you can do UK postcode radius searches and what this will cost.

The site is to be targeted for SEO aware therapists who will see the benefits of multiple listings and multiple targeted anchor text. With a good site architecture and building the site PageRank 3 or higher - then therapists will benefit from multiple inbound links.

The directory is to be set up so that the template can be adjusted to give a quite different look and feel and thus the same directory engineering can be re-used into a second directory - and the same service sold again.

Bids are for the initial template. However you should provide costings for making a second directory from that template (different graphics, colours, and layout changes).

Also the bid should include a plan to take the website to PageRank 3 or higher.
