3d surface chart project(repost)

We have a comma separated file (CSV) with data, we want all or multiple 3D surface plots of any 3/4 columns. Some columns are primary, primary columns will always go the the Z-axis. We should be able to select a primary and which secondary columns we want to plot.

If possible(desirable) allow us to plot three secondary columns and the primary column represented as the colored surface of the plot.

Printing should be possible, and smart (no black, or full colored backgrounds on the paper).

**Functionality:**

we envision a grid (spread sheet like) where we can load the CSV file and select the primary column as well as the secondary columns, when asked to plot, the program will place all combinations of the secondary columns and the primary in 3D surface plots, at least six at a time (when available). We would like to be able to rotate them, print them, delete them.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Programming Lang: We prefer

**Java**, but C/C++ or perl are OK as well.

VB is OK only if you already have something working and the delivery time is very short (1 to 4 days).

OS: We prefer **Platform independent**, or **Linux**, but Windows XP would also work.
