Alumni Website Development(repost)

Hi,

I need a website developed for a high school alumni group. The website would include database connectivity so users can register and access/ search other members and would also include a payment gateway (credit card processing + paypal) so users can sign up for membership.

Apart from this, the website would be used to display a home page, upcoming events, past events, login section (which would then include search members, create a profile (will have to pay when they create a profile), update your profile (including picture), renew your membership, RSVP to an upcoming event.

I as an admin would need access so that I can send batch emails and stuff like that to my members. I would also need the ability to disable a membership, reset member passwords, etc etc.
