We need a new part of our website built. This new part will allow for users to log in and receive info nessisary for them cusotmer and employees.

Application Requirements

There are two sides to our site, a customer side and the business side. The customer side will be designed so customers can login to their account and pay for orders. Also they can change their account info! Also there should be a customer service form option so customer may send their sales rep a form with any questions they may have.

The business side will consist of two parts, customer interaction and internal interaction. There will be 3 user levels on the business side, agents, processors, and admins.

The customer interaction ??" The process of the order will follow this stream. Agent places the order. Customer then pays for the order online. The order then appears the processors cue. Once the order is processed the customer will then be emailed and can then log into his account and purchase the item.

All sales will need to be tracked so the admin can pull reports on agent sales. The customer will always be purchasing the same thing, however the location on downloading will be different as well as the price. So the agent will need to have control on how much to charge. All the products purchased will be downloaded by 1 customer. So there will need to be a specific link given to each product to be downloaded. This concludes the customer interaction part of the business side of the applications.

Internal Interaction ??" This will be much like a share point type system. Message board, internal messaging, fav links, document sharing, company calendar, supervisor/admin/IT/ and other forms. This section of the site will only be accessible to our employees. And only certain functions can be completed by certain users. Example, the admin will be able to do everything. The processor can only check the processor cue, or other forms we see fit. Agents can only view information, cannot post any info, however can place a form so info can be placed. Agents will be able to post in the message board (forum)

Above is the site url in which this will be hosted at. We will get a sub domain for this; [login to view URL] that will be coming soon. The site is hosted using small business from yahoo so the application will have to be built within their requirements.

I am re-typing the requirements because too many applicants did not understand what we were wanting in our site, my apologies. Hopefully this will give everyone a better understanding. IF NOT!! PLEASE!!! Ask specific questions about what is not clear!!

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION!

1) Please include AT LEAST 1 project that you had completed that is similar to the above.

2) Please include a timeline of completion of this project. If you cannot give a timeline please explain why and what info is needed in order to give one.
