Create a shortcut to a note on Outlook bar

For Outlook 2002 on Win XP:

I want to be able to add a shortcut to a note onto the Outlook bar. Not a shortcut to a folder as Outlook offers by default, but a shortcut to a single note within an Outlook notes folder. It needs to be easy to apply, because I will have to set this up on many machines. A simple one click option that does not require me to enter VBA or the like on everyones machine.
