Integrate *cdb files to VB Application

I am looking for means to transfer pocket access files (*cdb pocket access format) from PDA (compaqIpaq ) via FTP and then downloading it on a PC with a VB application to generate reports of the MS access database.

if any coder has undertaken similiar project please let me know and I will be more specific [url removed, login to view] basically entailled is that I have MSAccess database with tables of (XYZproducts) which is transfered to PDA through MSActive Synch and its all fine. I can also transfer the *cdb file from the PDA through modem to the server and download it on the pC with (updated data table). The problem now I am encountering is how can I conver this *cdb file into MS Access(*mdb format) and generate reports.
