PDF from VB?

Fellow Coders, I would like to know what do you use for generating PDFs on the fly from VB. Pls correspond your ideas, and coder who posts the idea that is feasible gets the money. The constraints are, 1. There should not be any PDF printer drivers installed. Essentially what i am looking for will be a dll or a control that can be used from VB, which can be distributed. 2. The library should be free. Since there is no additional budget for this, it is preferred that the method doesnt spend anything more than the prize for the winning coder. 3. The DLL/OCX should be able to take the path of a file(HTML,DOC,RTF/TXT), and an output path, and generate a PDF file incorporating both the text and graphics. 3. I will close this bid request in 5-10 hrs. So be fast and post your ideas, to get some quick bucks and a great rating. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
