Adding & Formatting content to Wordpress site

This project is incredibly simple, just need someone to copy my old content from old website into my new Wordpress site/design That I have bought.
I have my old website. 34 pages of content already written.
I want you to add the content and setup the Wordpress site so it's formatted nicely.
Wordpress site is already installed with new design on my hosting. All graphics have been done, logo etc.
I just don't have the time to put it together now.
You will
-setup menu widget
-setup footer widget
-add pages into menu (copying my old sites navigation layout) old site is still live
-add and setup sliders widget that is already installed in admin and wordpress design.
-formatting pages content with designs short codes to make the site look GREAT!
-fix logo/header CSS issue as there is 40px gap between bottom of logo/header image and the top of the nav bar. (Needs to be flush).

This is easy, and I wont take long doing it. But please clarify "designs short codes". If I do not know how to handle this, I know someone who will be able to do it for me.
