The scope of this project is to finish an "almost completed" custom website and database application. The website and application are programmed in Zend PHP with MySQL. The website is for a local veterans organization and will do the following:
Front-end website for general visitors;
Member registration that manages member profiles and activities;
Data management to process member requests for relief through custom online forms.
The front end website is mostly complete, except that the design needs to be mobile responsive. The members area is functional but needs work in content presentation and some final functionality issues. The admin console needs the most attention, as it is basically functional, but needs a better user-friendly CMS for general content, and has to have search/reporting functions built in. Also, all data collection and processing must be accomplished with industry-standard encryption and security. We will be using a dedicated IP and SSL certificate.
I have attached several documents that outline the overall scope and functionality of the project. The website is www.oceanava.org. Admin login credentials will be supplied upon request.
The programmer working on this project walked away before it was completed, probably because he was not able to provide the finer details of the end product that I requested. I already have a significant sum of money invested in this project, and therefore, need to be able to get this project completed for a client in a timely and professional manner with an end product that does not have issues out of the box. As such, there are some special circumstances that the winning provider will have to agree to in order to take on this project:
--The time frame for completion must be 15 days or less.
--The provider must be an experienced ZendPHP programmer/company with mobile/responsive design experience.
--The winning provider must agree to take full payment at the completion of the project, as I cannot afford to post any milestone payments at this time. (My payment history is flawless, and I do not intend to mar that reputation now. I will be paid in full when the project is finished and approved--you will be paid in full when I receive final payment from my client)
--My budget is between $1000-$1200. I cannot exceed that budget under any circumstances.
If you intend to bid on this project, you must include the word "OCEANAVA" in your bid text. Those who do not include this key term will be ignored.
Winning provider will be chosen based on specific experience as mentioned, price, and project completion rating.
