In the following text the phrase you means either you or your team, depending on your sitatuion.

To complete this project you need to be experienced in various areas.

HTML, Graphic Design, Website Design, PHP and MySQL and Competitor Analysis.

We will together analyze 5 different dating sites and combine the top features.

Basically it will be just like a standard dating site with some extra features that I will reveal when the project begins.

There is also a necessity for different kind of user levels (premium users) being bought by credit cards.

Code should be written structured, correct and with comments.

You should have experience in writing CLEAN and SIMPLE websites (not necessarily meaning old and dull).

Don't be afraid of putting an honest bid (for both parts) you think you deserve.
