36353 Design / Script modifications

I own a website which provides free file hosting service. You can find it at ezshare.ws. First off, the script will need some major modifications/additions. Here's the list: - users will be able to create premium accounts (integration of payment system like PayPal) - users will be able to search the whole site for previously uploaded files - users will be able to browse TOP downloaded files - users will be able to create accounts for webmasters [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] have these functions so you should check it out in order to get an idea of what I am talking about. Some additions to the list may apply also (I may need something else) The second thing is that I am going to need a professional design for my site. Before you bid, take a look at megaupload.com. I really like their design - some flash buttons, glossy logo, and everything is set up so that ads are suitable. I think their design is really professional and I know it takes a lot of effort to make something like that. So now, the idea is to make my design as impressive as theirs (I don't want it to be the same though, I don't want a clone). It's okay to use similar elements but I certainly want different colors and different setup. I will need one programmer/company to make both design and php modifications. Please post examples of your previous works (portfolio). Thank you.
