I have a website for managing a national club for developing young leaders. We are looking for a developer to do three things:

1) improve the site

2) develop a mobile version of the site

3) develop an iphone and android apps for the club

To get an idea about the current version of the site:

1) visit the site at [login to view URL]

2) ask me if you want access to the backend of the site

The site has been developed months ago in Joomla. But it is not up to expectation. I addition we want to add many new features. I am not sure if Joomla is the right platform for our site. So the developer is expected to review this. If changing to a new platform (PHP, etc) is essential, then do so.

the detailed scope of the project is attached.

You will be bidding on the full project. However, in your bid, please indicate the breakdown of your project with three numbers (price for site development/price for mobile version of the site/price for the apps)
