[Magento] Extra Blocks, Grid View, White Label

We currently are running Magento Commerce Community Edition 1.4.2.0(Multi-Site Installation), Our cart is up and fully functional but we need additional design tweaks to the layout. Store contain adult-oriented content.

[Blocks Work]

We need to add extra blocks on the left, middle, right columns of the front page layout:

#We require additional product display to existing blocks in the middle column. Currently Middle Blocks only display a row of 4 products, we need 2 additional rows making it 4x3.

#Left custom block: Static, Display of Help page links and other custom links to CMS Pages.

#Additional right block to mimic existing right blocks displaying product and list of product (dynamic).

[Grid View]

#Currently we only have list view for our product list pages, we need to be able to display in Grid view which requires additional but minimal design work to be able to implement the grid view.

[White Label]

#We need programmer to be able to create a copy of our existing store and just change just the logo and banner to appear as if it's a different store (White-Label). White-Labeled store will use all the same existing product and customer info from the same Magento installation. Also need to be able to correctly point domains/sub-domains for the white-labeled site.

#Once one white-labeled is completed, must be able to show us how to add additional white label pages so we can add our own at a later date.

Must have extensive knowledge of Magento programming

Must be OK and legal to work with Adult-Oriented content.
