270111 Need website and databse

I need a frontpage for my website ,must have password protection prefer PHP.I also need the "Welcome page" template made that will be the area that members will log into to. I also need a database in MYSQL set up for storing and retrieving the [url removed, login to view] is just 1st step, if I like what i see with your work this will lead to quite a large job afterwards ,but for now just front page and database set up
