oscommerce expert: convert psd to template

This is a project to convert psd to oscommerce. You must be an expert in oscommerce. Do not apply if you do not have oscommerce projects in your feedback.
ALL PAGES on the site need to be converted to the new template. A psd will be provided for each page to work off of.
Your bid must be on the lower end of the scale. Implementation of requirements such as a horizontal nav bar have all ready been completed. You will just need to modify the css in this case.
Our oscommerce site is now css driven. If you prefer to work with STS it will be installed for you. You need to make sure your implentation of STS can handle all requirements such as multiple images. Our store is feature simple but the coding must be very clean.

We will provide:
1. We will provide pdf samples of the site via PM for bidding purposes.
2. Installation of any contributions you need to implement the design. You do not need to install these contributions unless you are modifying certain files which will need code inclusion such as product_info.php.
Your code must be:
- pixel-perfect
- tested with IE6/7, safari and FF2.
You must:
- make daily updates and be available by IM system
- test with FF2, safari and IE 6/7
- code css based layout, no tables, where possible
- give everything back in a zip file, when finished
- fix your code, if there are bugs
You are not allowed:
- publish the work anywhere
This project must be completed in 3-5 days.
You must be available by messenger or Skype during the project.
Project is considered failed, if:
- you don't send daily emails stating project status
- you know you can't deliver and you didn't email me about this
- you have other plans, and you can't deliver, for any reason
