App to unzip and rezip all files in a folder

The application should allow the user to select a folder using a standard dialog box, extract each zip file in that folder using WinZip, and then re-zip the new files (adding "_R" to the end of the filename to indicate that it is the re-zip). Simple enough.

## Deliverables

Key points of this project:

1. Each zip file should be extracted to its own folder, with the same filename as the original zip file. (In other words, the "Extract to folder [path\filename]" option in the WinZip context menu.)

2. The re-zip should NOT zip the new folders themselves, but the files INSIDE the folders.

3. The new zip file should have the same filename as the original zip file, with "_R" added (no quotes, just the underscore and R) to indicate that it is a rezip.

4. It must actually unzip and re-zip the files. I know it seems like you could just add "_R" to the filename and accomplish the same thing, but for reasons that are too long to explain, that won't work.
